Now let’s talk about what’s going on… About 10 days ago, the market flipped...and I mean fast. Ask anyone you know in real estate and you will find a lot people dealing with whiplash! 😂 We’ve been in a buyer’s market for a couple of years now, with some ups and downs tied to rates and the economy.
