I built this brokerage intentionally – not to be the biggest, not to chase volume, and not to recreate the hustle culture so many of us are tired of. A Personal Note From Me
I’ve worked in different environments throughout my career – large companies, smaller teams, places that looked good on paper but didn’t align with how I wanted to build a business or live my life.

I believe you can build a successful business without sacrificing your integrity or your family time. I’ve built a six-figure business with that mindset, and I’ve even stepped away for a six-week family road trip — because what we’re building should support our lives, not consume them.
